Refund policy

Eligibility
Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (box, pouch, tags). Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Returns vs Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged items (manufacturing fault, broken clasp, missing stone, transit damage). Wrong size or change of preference will be treated as exchange only, not refund. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchange is allowed for a different size (if applicable) or for a different product of equal or higher value (price difference payable). Exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or engraved jewellery is not eligible. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible.

Process
To initiate an exchange or refund request, contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery. Share your order ID along with product photos. Our team will confirm eligibility after review. Once approved, the return shipping address will be shared. Exchange or refund will be processed after inspection.
